This page explains what zerker.ai collects when you visit, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@zerker.ai.

Zerker Labs operates this website and is responsible for the information described below. Contact: hello@zerker.ai.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website at zerker.ai and its pages. It does not cover the hosted Operator Console at console.zerker.ai, which asks you to create an account and has its own terms, or the open-source software published at github.com/zerkerlabs, which runs on your own systems and sends nothing to us.
What we collect, and why
Usage analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn which pages are read and how visitors move through the site. Google sets cookies for this and receives: the pages you view, the link that brought you here, the time of each view, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type. Google states that Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use this data only to understand how the site is used. We do not use Google's advertising features and we do not sell or share this data for advertising.
Performance and traffic measurement (Vercel)
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record page views and loading performance without cookies, using a hashed identifier that is discarded at the end of your visit and cannot be used to follow you across sites.
Server logs
Like every web host, Vercel keeps short-lived request logs that include your IP address, user agent, the page requested, and the time. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and keep the thread. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.
Booking a call
Links to book a conversation go to Calendly. What you enter there is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and Calendly sends us the booking details.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets come from Google Analytics.

Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser. The site works without them.
- Install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which stops the Analytics script from sending data from your browser on any site.
- Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@zerker.ai. We answer within 30 days.
Who else receives data
Google (analytics), Vercel (hosting, analytics, performance), and Calendly (booking) each process data described above as our service providers, under their own privacy policies. Links to GitHub, the documentation site, and other third-party sites take you off zerker.ai; those sites have their own policies.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics retains event data for the period configured in our account and then deletes it. Vercel keeps request logs briefly. Email is kept for as long as the conversation is useful.
Children
This site is for businesses and their teams. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Substantial changes are noted on this page.
